Terms of Service

These terms govern enterprise use of FaceKYC. If you accept on behalf of an entity, you warrant that you have the authority to do so. Questions: legal@facekyc.com.

1. Service

We provide KYC/KYB verification (OCR, biometrics & liveness), API and console. We may update features without materially reducing overall service value.

2. Accounts & access

You are responsible for credentials and activity under your account.
You must use the API within published limits and policies.

3. Pricing & billing

Usage is measured in credits/verifications. Prices and plans may change with reasonable notice. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

4. Data & protection

We process data per our Privacy Policy and, when acting as processor, the applicable DPA.

5. IP

Software, models and docs remain our property. We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for the term of the agreement.

6. Acceptable use

No security bypassing, reverse engineering, or unlawful activities.
No use that infringes third-party rights.

7. Availability

We target high availability. SLA credits apply only to plans that include them.

8. Warranty & liability

Service is provided “as is” except as expressly stated. Our total aggregate liability is capped at the greater of EUR 1,000 or fees paid in the prior 12 months.

9. Term & termination

May be terminated for uncured material breach or for convenience per plan/contract. Upon termination, access ceases and retention/deletion policies apply.

10. Governing law

Unless agreed otherwise, UAE law applies and Dubai courts have jurisdiction.
